Information we collect
- Account details: your email address, your first name if you add it, and your sign-in details (passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are never visible to us).
- Order details: your name, email address, mobile number and what you bought. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; your card details never reach this website.
- Course activity: which lessons you opened and completed, so the site can show your progress.
- Text messages: your mobile number, whether you agreed to receive texts and when, and the messages we exchange.
- Technical details: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address when you start a checkout, used only to prevent abuse, and settings saved in your browser (for example your sign-in session and light or dark theme).
How we use it
- To give you access to your courses and show your progress.
- To process orders and send purchase confirmations.
- To send account and course updates, such as lesson release notices, by email or, if you agreed, by text message.
- To answer your questions and keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run parts of this site for us, and only as needed for that service: website hosting, our database and sign-in provider, our email delivery provider, our text message provider, our payment provider and our video provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messaging
- Program: Ben Baker - State Control System text notifications.
- What we send: lesson release notices, purchase confirmations and account updates.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. If you are outside the United States and can't reply to our texts, each message includes a link to unsubscribe.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Your number stays with us: we do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it
We keep your account, order and course information for as long as you have an account or as needed for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we will do so unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, by writing to benbaker@coachbenbaker.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
